Creating Your Business

LIMITED COMPANY FORMED

The first part of our process is to form a limited company with a fellow UK Director, with equal shareholding and decision making rights.

Our team of speedy processors will have your limited company paperwork delivered to you with a registered London office address within 72 hours of your instruction.

COMPANY WEBSITE BUILT

Once your company has been legally formed and we have received all certificated showing you as a Director, we will then begin to develop your company branding pack and website.

You can leave everything to us, including domain purchase, hosting, design and implementation and even work with us during the process.

STATIONARY DESIGNED

Once your company is incorporated, we will in tandem with building your online presence also create your business stationary.

Your stationary will consist of business cards, letter headed paper and compliment slips. All will show your registered London company address. Both completed within 1 week of instruction.

Creating Your Personal Solutions

UK RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS

Once all of your company and branding detail has been taken care of and successfully completed to our satisfaction, we till then begin to create your personal solutions.

The first of which will be to provide you with a 3 month residential tenancy agreement for the property you will reside at on arrival.

PROOF OF ADDRESS

In order to open a bank account and receive a number of other benefits in the UK, we will provide you with a utility bill, normally in the form of a council tax, utility bill or mobile or a mobile phone statement.

Proof of address is a very as it provides you with security and allows to open a bank account.

BANK ACCOUNT

The last phase of our planning for you will be to open you a fully functioning UK personal and business bank account.

Should you then decide to stay in the UK you can then set up your bill payments and salary payments to be paid directly into these accounts. This will be done on arrival.

Our Accommodation Promise

Understanding the stresses that can be encountered by moving countries, we provide all of our clients with a good standard of accommodation for 3 months from the day of arrival.

All rents and bills will be taken care of. Only you have to supply your food.
